Like the majority of girls, I want to be skinnier, prettier, have whiter teeth, have nicer clothes.. I’ve had enough and tomorrow is the start of the new me. I’m going to work towards these goals, and hopefully be a lot happier with my life.
What a great way to kick off senior year, eh? It’ll be easier to avoid eating when I’m out of the house obviously, lets just hope I don’t binge when I get home. I was monitored whilst packing a lunch, which I intend to bring with me; I may or may not actually eat it. Especially since I’ll be having tea when I wake up, and coffee to take with me to drink throughout the day.
Let’s just see how everything goes, hopefully I can stay on the bandwagon this go round. :)
So today was the first diet day.
I’m doing an ABC diet in hope to lose weight fast.
But i really didn’t count the calories today, i just basically ate whatever i wanted, so i’m gonna count them now and see if i did it good or not…
potatoes; 78 kcal
green beans; 36 kcal
meatball; 335 kcal
Just researched this, tomorrow is my day 1!
